Purpose of position
Supports the Regional Commercial Director in achieving sales targets related to market share, volumes, and profitability, aligned with business strategies and guidelines for assigned markets.
Responsibilities
* Define and achieve sales objectives for Kedrion's product portfolio.
* Monitor progress and adjust action plans to meet sales goals.
* Assist in studying international markets with marketing collaboration.
* Implement and develop market penetration strategies to establish a lasting presence.
* Contribute to the Medium Term Strategy (MTS) by collecting market and sales data.
* Manage sales budgets and forecasts through regular meetings with partners.
* Develop and execute accurate monthly sales forecasts.
* Oversee spending budgets in foreign markets.
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
* Innovate sales approaches with new programs and initiatives.
* Identify new business opportunities across different countries.
* Support planning and development of sales activities based on customer needs.
* Participate in public and private tenders for medicinal product supply and sales.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
* 3+ years of relevant experience in plasma-derived sector or similar roles is a plus.
* Proven B2B sales/marketing experience, preferably internationally.
* Fluent in Italian and English; French proficiency is a strong advantage.
* Skilled in stakeholder collaboration for operational success.
* Strong knowledge of the plasma-derived sector.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-growing environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Customer and sales-oriented attitude.
* Proactive with a passion for results.
* Willing to travel regionally and internationally.
