About the Role
We are seeking a full-time remote Sales Engineer from Italy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business development through roadshows or workshops, serving as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, building and maintaining relationships with partners, and providing pre-sale support.
Key Responsibilities
* Support business development through strategic planning and execution of roadshows or workshops.
* Serve as the primary technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, ensuring effective communication and solution delivery.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering trust through technical expertise and understanding their needs.
* Develop and deliver high-quality technical materials and presentation decks to support pre-sale activities.
* Train business partners on product USPs to ensure clear understanding and optimal utilization.
* Gather valuable feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to drive product improvements.
* Provide actionable insights and assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, ideally in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
* Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Able to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
* A passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
