Key Account Manager, Calabria and Basilicata - IT Join us to apply for the Key Account Manager, Calabria and Basilicata - IT role at Incyte. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and passionate Key Account Manager for our Inflammation & Autoimmunity (Dermatology) Business Unit to join our team! The main goal of this role is to promote Incyte’s products within priority accounts in the territory. Key stakeholders include clinicians, medical personnel, and hospital pharmacists, with the aim of achieving territory and organizational business objectives while complying with the Farmindustria code, legal requirements, and company policies. Area of work: Calabria and Basilicata. Responsibilities Inform dermatology specialists about Incyte products and therapeutic information in compliance with legal requirements and marketing strategies. Understand and map local funding, clinical, and access decision processes; identify key stakeholders within accounts. Implement customer and account business plans to ensure patient access to Incyte medicines. Maximize product potential by ensuring favorable local access environments. Deliver therapeutic information aligned with marketing strategies. Build and maintain networks with key decision-makers and local stakeholders, ensuring compliance and company policies. Gather and share customer insights through market surveillance. Manage relationships with opinion leaders. Participate in congresses, meetings, and physician training sessions. Document activities, report routines, and manage administrative and financial tasks. Develop and follow a personal development plan. Promote a culture of integrity and ethics. Operate within compliance, legal, and company guidelines. Requirements Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of experience in promoting specialist pharmaceutical products, preferably in dermatology. Proven track record in specialist sales and market access at hospital level. Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills. Leadership and coaching abilities in a cross-functional environment. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Good IT skills. Proficiency in English is advantageous but not mandatory. Additional Information Management reserves the right to modify duties as needed.
