Since 2022, Eurotherm has been integrated into Watlow. /ppAbout the Role: /ppWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our EPC Segment Team, supporting our European growth in Oil Gas, Process Automation, and Thermal Solutions. /ppThis role will focus on developing business opportunities with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors, especially in decarbonization-related industrial electrification projects such as CCUS, e-fuels, hydrogen, and chemicals. /ppThe ideal candidate brings deep experience and established relationships within major EPCs and a strong understanding of thermal systems, electric heating, power control, and process instrumentation. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliBusiness Development Account Management: Lead commercial engagements with EPCs across Europe, acting as the primary sales interface. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in industrial automation and thermal electrification projects. Map and influence decision-makers within target EPCs and associated end users. /liliProject Bid Leadership: Support technical proposal development and coordinate internal teams during RFQ and FEED/EPC stages. Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to tailor offerings for EPC project needs. /liliStrategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key EPC clients and partners. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to shape product and solution strategies. /liliMarket Intelligence Positioning: Monitor European energy transition trends and OG project pipelines involving process electrification.
