Proactive security starts here. /ph3Position Summary /h3pWe are seeking a Senior Channel Manager to lead the development and expansion of Trend Micro’s partner ecosystem in Italy. This strategic role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with key partners—VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, hosters, and cloud brokers—while driving growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts. The Senior Channel Manager will design and implement partner recruitment, enablement, and growth strategies that align with Trend Micro’s overall objectives. The role includes significant travel across Italy. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and execute channel partner strategies to expand Trend Micro’s footprint across enterprise and mid-market customers in Italy. /liliRecruit, onboard, and grow high-potential partners, with a focus on VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, hosters, and cloud brokers. /liliBuild strong executive-level relationships within the partner ecosystem to foster long-term collaboration and loyalty. /liliDeliver training, enablement, and business support to strengthen partner sales, marketing, and technical capabilities. /liliDrive joint business planning with partners, aligning objectives, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies. /liliOversee pipeline development, deal registration, and sales forecasting in Salesforce. /liliRepresent Trend Micro at partner and industry events, promoting our solutions and strengthening market presence. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years’ experience in channel sales/management, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software. /liliStrong track record of building and growing strategic partner relationships. /liliExperience with managed services partners and recurring revenue models. /liliExcellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills. /liliBachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred). /liliWillingness to travel 50%+ across Italy.
