For our Lissone (MB) site, we are looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER.

What you will do:
Reporting to the company’s CEO, you will be responsible of:
- Managing and strategically developing the Company’s portfolio;
- Searching for and secure new potential customers at an international level;
- Being a point of contact between the needs of external clients and the internal team;
- Managing the reporting and contractual activities in complete autonomy, in coordination with the various business functions to optimize the sales processes;
- Complying with the KPIs and targets assigned by the company on sales performance in qualitative and quantitative terms.
Who we are looking for:
- You have at least three years of experience as KAM in the field in industrial capital equipment sales, especially in the functional test equipment industry for automotive business;
- You have excellent communication and relational skills;
- You have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- You are an organized, analytical and goal-oriented person;
- You have a proficient knowledge of the English language;
