If so, join us and be a driving force behind our mission to revolutionize the medical industry! /ppstrong Key responsibilities /strong /ppYour main responsibilities will include: /ppManage the entire product lifecycle, identifying corrective actions to improve market penetration. /ppLead new product launches from the pre-marketing phase through to commercialization. /ppSupport the sales team in identifying the most strategically appropriate products to offer and provide documentation for public tenders and procurement processes. /ppCollaborate with the sales team to ensure the success and development of the product portfolio, monitor competitors’ activities, and contribute to defining local strategic actions to maintain product competitiveness. /ppTrack market trends and competitor activities. /ppBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers. /ppConduct product demonstrations and presentations to medical teams, including in operating room settings. /ppAttend relevant industry congresses and conferences. /ppInteract with headquarters and international teams. /ppThe position involves approximately 60% travel requirement. /ppstrongSuggested candidate profile /strong /ppSkills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you possess: /ppDegree in Marketing, or a related field /ppExperience as a Product Manager in the medical device industry, ideally with exposure to cardiology, neurology, or anesthesiology. /ppFamiliarity with public tender processes in the healthcare sector would be a strong advantage. /ppGreat communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders. /ppComfortable giving product presentations and demonstrations, even in clinical or surgical settings. /ppParticipation in industry congresses or events is a plus. /ppA collaborative mindset and ease in working with both HQ and international teams. /ppAbility to take initiative and work independently, while also contributing effectively in team settings. /ppA good understanding of healthcare tender regulations is appreciated. /ppFluent written and spoken English would help in our international work environment. /pulliFor logistical reasons, we are looking for someone who is based in Lombardia or willing to relocate. /li /ulpstrongAmbu – a visionary and international workplace where your efforts matter /strong /ppAmbu is a company that expands rapidly and has ambitious growth targets.
