We are seeking a Mainframe Modernization Specialized Business Development Manager within AWS. In this role, you will help customers migrate and modernize their mainframe workloads. Your responsibilities include identifying mainframe customers and opportunities, qualifying and building a sales pipeline, leading discussions on mainframe modernization, and managing the entire sales cycle. You will establish and grow business and technical relationships, manage day-to-day stakeholder interactions, and drive revenue growth and customer adoption. Minimum Requirements 7-10 years of experience in direct/matrix sales, business development, and program management Experience in growing mainframe migration and modernization businesses Experience working with mainframe migration and modernization partners Proven track record of building rapport with senior customer executives (e.g., CEO, CIO, CTO), developing close relationships, and closing large revenue accounts Experience working with cloud computing technologies or companies Extensive customer network Motivated self-starter, proactive, and action-oriented Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences 50% travel required Preferred Qualifications MBA preferred Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners, consistently exceeding quotas by prioritizing customer needs J-18808-Ljbffr
