We offer reliable peers, mentorship, challenging projects, and opportunities for growth.We are currently seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time position based remotely in Italy.Responsibilities:Support business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops.Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communications and solution introductions.Build and maintain strong relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client requirements.Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks for pre-sale support.Conduct product training and engage with partners to ensure clear understanding of EcoFlow's USPs.Gather feedback and insights from clients and partners, collaborating closely with RD to improve products.Provide technical insights and suggestions to help partners customize solutions for commercial success.Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; majors in electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred.Minimum of 3 years experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably in the Residential Energy Storage industry.Self-driven, proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams.Excellent communication skills; comfortable with customer-facing roles and delivering group training.Ability to understand customer needs and independently develop solutions.Passion for the industry, quick learner, and adaptable to rapid changes.Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages such as French, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
