Eurosearch Consultants, on behalf of an important Italian company operating in the manufacturing of PVC sheeting, is searching for a:EXPORT SALES MANAGERLeading Company in the manufacture of PVC products in the Lombardia area.Reporting to: Sales DirectorJob SummaryThe Export Manager will be responsible to managing the Sales activities for the Furniture segment in Italy and internationally. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities and managing relationships with international clients. The Export Manager will work closely with various departments, including Customer Service, Quality & Control, Finance, Supply, Production to achieve the company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Conduct regular customer visits Support the growth of our business with acquisition, prospection and/or development of new Clients, Agents and/or Distributors Participate in Fairs and events to engage and prospect clients and stakeholdersSales and Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clientsPrepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partnersMonitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior managementMake plans to achieve / exceed export sales targetMarket Research and Strategy Development:Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customersDevelop and implement export strategies to increase market share in existing and new marketsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threatsDevelop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with international clientsActively contribute for the development of new products and solutionsOperations Management:Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure production, lead time and cost-effective delivery of products to international customersManage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificate of origin and bills of ladingManage shipping, customs and paymentsFinancial Management:Prepare and manage export budgets and forecastsNegotiate payment terms and manage the collection of payments from international clientsAssess and manage risks associated with currency fluctuations, credit and market volatility Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with international clientsMonitor and implement pricing strategies, negotiate price adjustments (increase)Preparation of statistics and reports for ManagementMonitor and control expenses to ensure profitability of export operationsRequired skills/experience:A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in export sales (PVC Furniture)Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and expanding market shareStrong understanding of international trade market, logistics, customs proceduresExcellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareFluency in English (proficiency in additional language is a plus)Willingness to travel internationally as neededWorkplace: Province of Varese REF: EM/ABNEurosearch Consultants, in charge of the recruiting process, guarantees maximum confidentiality and equal employment opportunity to both genders (L. 903/77).
