This role is ideal for someone with retail or luxury fashion experience, who enjoys building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will take full ownership of the store launch, from staff recruitment and pre-opening preparations to daily operations and sales performance, shaping the store culture from day one. Responsibilities: Support the area manager in daily activities by contributing to the store's commercial and HR strategies Manage all aspects of the store operations Plan, implement, and monitor measures to achieve and exceed sales targets Ensure merchandising standards are met and optimize sales space for profitability Manage stock levels in accordance with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies Maintain good product and fashion knowledge Apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards Supervise customer reception in line with POP MART guidelines Coordinate commercial activities such as events, launches, and campaigns Train and develop new team members Promote effective communication within the sales team Monitor team performance using KPIs and achieve store objectives Analyze customer behavior KPIs and act accordingly Ensure department targets and budgets are met Adhere to company regulations, safety procedures, and commercial policies Required Qualifications & Experience Citizenship or Work Permit required 5-8 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail or luxury fashion Knowledge of trade KPIs, budget management, and reporting Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills Strong results orientation Leadership skills and team management experience Bachelor's or master's degree preferred Fluent in Italian and English Proficient in Excel Desirable (Not Essential) Knowledge of CEGID software Your Application If interested, please apply with your updated CV via “Apply Now” or email us.
