For an prestigiuous client company specializing in the design and production of aesthetic acoustic solutions, we are currently looking for a:
Technical Product Manager
The candidate will be based at the Mezzago (MB) facility in Italy and will be responsible for the following activities:
Own and drive the product lifecycle from concept through launch to end-of-life;
Translate product briefs into clear requirements and actionable plans;
Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams including R&D;, engineering, operations, marketing, and customer service;
Ensure alignment between stakeholders across the organization during all phases of product development;
Organize and facilitate product development meetings, manage timelines, and track deliverables;
Coordinate product documentation, sampling, packaging, and launch materials;
Manage change requests, product updates, and versioning throughout the lifecycle;
Monitor product performance and customer feedback in collaboration with relevant departments;
Support internal teams with product-related information and training.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product management in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
Strong technical background in ERP processing (MS Dynamics);
Strong understanding of the product development process and manufacturing operations;
Strong project management and organizational skills;
Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and build consensus;
Detail-oriented with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset;
Fluent in English and Italian.
