Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.: Your responsibilities: - Working in a Global team as Technical Sales, proposing ABB Paint Systems. - Working with different departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial performances. - Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities. - Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers. - Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities. Your background: - A solid and proven experience working as engineer, proposal or process expert in robotics and automation painting systems. Experience in Sales activities will be a plus. - Willingness to travel abroad roughly 50% of the time. - Sound knowledge of painting process in the GI or Automotive market. - Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional “can-do” attitude. - Structured working approach and flexibility in adapting to market changes and different countries perspectives. - A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering will be highly appreciated. - Excellent written and spoken English language skills. Additional languages (French, Spanish, German; Italian) will be appreciated. More about us:
