Burger King Restaurants Italia, part of the QSRP (Quick Service Restaurant Platform), is looking for a Junior Brand Manager ready to contribute to the growth of one of the world’s most iconic brands. In this role, you will help build brand awareness, enhance brand value, and drive the overall sales of the company.
Responsibilities:
* Expand the brand image and the overall brand perception
* Design brand communication strategies and use the right media to communicate them
* Design PR storytelling
* Coordinate production launch pipeline:
* Plan and carry out product launches
* Manage product pricing, profitability and commercial success (own the business case)
* Understanding the behaviour of the target audience
* Planning commercial actions to drive consumer’s behaviours and ultimately increase sales
* Adhere to established budgets, estimates and performance indicators
* Measure success and produce reports on how a campaign did, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
Required Skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing or related field will be considered a plus
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing roles in food retail or FMCG sector
* Prior work experience as a brand manager or product manager in food retail or FMCG sector (3 years minimum)
* Prior work experience in media communication and product innovation in food retail or FMCG sector (3 years minimum)
* Obsession for Consumer’s behaviours
* Obsession for Sales
* Analytical skills
* Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
* Knowledge of food retail industry trends, product strategies
* The ability to manage and allocate budgets
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Time and project management skills
* Excellent command of the English language along with written and verbal skills
* Excellent command of Microsoft office suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
