We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of strategic B2B clients. This role sits at the crossroads of commercial and operational work. 3-5 years of B2B account management experience required, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services.
Drive renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing book of business.
Understand each client’s business needs and work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Compliance to ensure they get the most out of Hercle’s solutions.
Commercial Reporting: Track account health, usage metrics, and revenue performance, flagging risks early and presenting clear pipeline updates to leadership.
Market Feedback: Gather and relay client insights to internal teams to inform product and service improvements.
3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, client success, or a closely related commercial role
~ Proven track record of managing and growing complex client relationships and revenues
~ Strong commercial mindset: you understand how to identify and develop revenue opportunities within an existing account base
~ Comfortable working with a data-driven approach to customer metrics
~ Excellent communicator, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, senior management and c-level executives within customer organisations
~ Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more European languages is a plus
Background in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial services
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce)
Can use AI for data automation and reporting
