EMM is looking for a:
IT HR Business Analyst
Main Activities:
* Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to assess and analyze existing processes and volumes to identify improvement opportunities.
* Requirements Gathering: Partner with HR teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for successful project delivery.
* Solutioning and Build: Recommend and implement solutions to optimize workflows and improve efficiency, ensuring alignment with system capabilities. Support the system configuration phase as needed.
* Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.
* Change Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution designs, configuration settings, and system processes to facilitate smooth execution of future changes.
Required Qualifications:
* 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with at least 1 year of focus on Employee Central (Core HR, Time Management, Organizational Management).
* Strong understanding of Performance & Goals principles and their integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with broader HRIS implementations beyond SuccessFactors.
* Knowledge of industry best practices in performance and goal management.
* Certification in SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
Soft Skills:
* Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset to build and maintain trust with stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering results.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
