You will play a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives, managing key accounts, and identifying growth opportunities to expand market share. /ppIn this role, you will be responsible for : /ppbAccount Management /b /pulliLead with a strong commercial focus to drive competitive account conversions and increase market share within the region. /liliExecute regional and local sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in your accounts, in collaboration with Field Clinical Specialists (FCS), Strategic Account Managers (SAM), Key Account Managers (KAM), and Regional Sales Managers (RSM). /li /ulpbOpportunity Identification Sales Execution /b /pulliIdentify and pursue new commercial opportunities within your territory, leveraging cross-functional support when necessary. /liliManage the end-to-end sales process, including account planning, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. /liliWork closely with KAMs and coordinate efforts with FCS and Inside Sales teams to develop and implement tailored Account Action Plans—covering both therapy and clinical perspectives. /liliMaximize stakeholder engagement opportunities, including support in the operating room as needed. /li /ulpbWhat We’re Looking For : /b /pulliMinimum of 2 years’ experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales; knowledge of Electrophysiology products or clinical support will be considered a plus. /liliExperience supporting procedures in the operating room is highly valued. /liliProven knowledge of local healthcare markets and customer landscape. /liliSkilled in preparing tenders and engaging with purchasing departments and hospital decision-makers. /liliStrong business acumen, with experience in planning and executing sales strategies. /liliExcellent communication skills and fluency in English. /liliPositive attitude, high motivation, and a team-oriented mindset. /liliWillingness to travel within the region and nationally when required. /liliStakeholder Relationship Management. /liliClinical Insight Patient Pathway Understanding. /liliSales Negotiation Business Planning. /li /ulpWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
