Johnson Controls is expanding our Data Centre Vertical, and we have various Sales Account Manager positions available across different geographies and lines of business.
We are seeking talent in the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and Dubai, with expertise in HVAC, Building Management Systems/Controls, Fire Detection/Suppression and Security.
In this role, you will:
1. Develop long-term customer relationships with consulting engineers, design & build contractors, hyperscalers and colocation operators to create a pipeline for the EMEA region
2. Maximize account penetration by leveraging Johnson Controls’ broad portfolio of building solutions

3. You will articulate JCI offerings, strategize sales approaches, and ensure customer retention and growth of assigned accounts
4. Responsibilities include building partnering relationships, maintaining frequent contact with customers, optimizing and leading technical specifications throughout the JCI portfolio, leading collaborative efforts with regional offices, conducting technical presentations, and providing feedback to management
5. Required skills include experience in HVAC (thermal management), Building Management Systems/Controls, Fire Detection/Suppression, or Security
6. A proven sales track record, adaptability in a consultative approach, and the ability to travel 25%-50% of the time
7. Preferred qualifications include five years of experience in the data centre industry and an existing network in the field
