Key Responsibilities:
In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Forming close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products.
* Achieving set objectives related to sales and product quantity mix by analyzing market opportunities, influencing decision makers, and ensuring sales growth.
* Strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning, sharing market information with the Hanwha Product Management team, and discussing marketing plans and strategic directions with the Country Manager.
* Managing and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) as part of the Hanwha channel partner programme (STEP Programme), with responsibility for sales revenue generated through these partners.
* Supporting Strategic Sales Managers in pursuing opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets.
Additional responsibilities include:
* End user consultations
* Engaging with consultants and specifiers
* Liaising with major system integrators at senior levels
* Keeping customers informed about product information
* Increasing project pipeline and revenue with existing customers
* Creating a project pipeline with new customers
* Reporting weekly on sales and project progress
* Conducting existing customer audit analysis
* Market segmentation, positioning, and targeting
* Contributing ideas for marketing plans, product launches, and customer events
* Focusing on product/channel/customer margin
* Ensuring accurate forecasting
* Achieving all budgets and targets
Requirements:
* Proven track record in business development or sales, achieving results in a demanding environment.
* Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, especially presenting solutions to end users and consultants/specifiers.
* Ability to work independently, understanding customer needs, defining solutions, and creating professional proposals.
* Knowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers, including IT & Networking.
* Experience working for a CCTV manufacturer is a plus but not essential.
* Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and key clients.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, motivation, and team spirit.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently, with project management and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role; candidates should ideally reside in the Milan area or South Italy. The role involves extensive travel within Italy and potentially outside Italy.
