We are looking for a Commis de rang a to join our team.
Main duties & responsibilities:
1. Guest Needs Support: Assist in anticipating guest needs and handling complaints to help provide an excellent and personalized experience.
2. Food and Beverage Service Support: Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
3. Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure orders are correct and beautifully presented.
4. Bar Offer Personalization Support: Contribute to personalizing the restaurant offer.
5. Guest Relations: Assist in establishing good relationships with guests, supporting the handling of requests and inquiries.
6. Quality Standards: Help ensure that the quality of service meets the high LQA and Belmond standards.
7. Coordination Support: Support the coordination and monitoring of assigned Commis de Rang.
Requirements
8. Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
9. Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
10. Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
11. References
12. Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
13. HACCP Certification
