PpTP-LINK Italy is seeking a Junior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to help deliver the company’s growth targets in the B2B space. As a market leader in the consumer and SMB networking space, TP‑LINK Italy looks for a driven, dynamic and ambitious professional to further enhance the sales team and bring new sales opportunities to the business. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the Italian business moving forward. /p pThe candidate must have a background in business development and excellent relationships with partners that provide Networking and/or Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions, with experience in partner account management and field sales. The role is within the TP‑LINK Omada B2B team and requires a good knowledge of the VAR and distribution channel. /p pWhile the ideal candidate is based in Rome, candidates from other regions of central and southern Italy will also be seriously considered. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liEstablish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. /li liManage a named accounts list to achieve company objectives. /li liProactively recruit new qualifying partners. /li liBuild a plan for partner enablement and training in the assigned territory. /li liPartner with the Pre‑Sales Engineer to generate new business and develop the current partner network. /li liCoordinate the involvement of company personnel, including technical support service and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and expectations. /li liAssume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle and updating the CRM accordingly. /li liMeet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. /li liLead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones (e.g., training certification) in conjunction with distribution resources. /li liDrive sales of new technology adoption in the assigned territory to enhance the partner's experience and accelerate TP‑LINK Enterprise business. /li /ul h3Required experience and skills /h3 ul li1+ years of partner sales and/or territory management in the networking and/or UCC market. /li liProfessional contact list of strategic partners in the Unified Communication market is an added value. /li liExperience building business and marketing plans with partners. /li liExperience with the distribution channel model. /li liExperience in sales forecasting, opportunity identification and drive to close. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills and native or fluent English. /li liExcellent presentation skills. /li liTeam player comfortable in a fast‑growing, constantly evolving environment. /li /ul pTP‑LINK is always on the lookout for energetic individuals who are enthusiastic about their work and willing to learn.
