Qualifications - Previous experience as a Chef de Rang in hotels or restaurants. - In-depth knowledge of fine dining. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural predisposition for customer service. - Fluent knowledge of Italian, English, and preferably German. - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. - Passion for gastronomy, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. - Flexibility and availability in working hours.
