To support the growth of our Italian organization, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial sales professional with a strong background in the sheet metal and laser cutting industry. /p pThe ideal candidate comes from the medium-high segment of the machine tool market and combines strong commercial capabilities with solid technical understanding of laser processing technologies and industrial production environments. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales opportunities and strengthening the company’s presence in Northern Italy, with a particular focus on the highly industrialized Brianza and Lombardy manufacturing districts. /p pThe role requires the ability to autonomously manage customer relationships, understand production processes, and technically explain the advantages of modern fiber laser cutting and tube cutting technologies compared both with previous-generation systems (such as CO₂ laser technology) and with competing solutions currently available on the market. /p pThe successful candidate will contribute to positioning the company as a reliable and technologically advanced partner capable of combining competitive technology, high productivity, and strong local customer support. /p h3Job Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage sales activities for fiber laser cutting machines, tube laser cutting systems, and industrial automation solutions. /li liBuild and maintain long‑term relationships with manufacturing companies, subcontractors, and industrial groups. /li liIdentify new business opportunities through direct sales activities, existing contacts, agents, and industry networks. /li liConduct technical‑commercial presentations and explain machine performance, productivity, ROI, and process advantages. /li liSupport customers in evaluating the transition from older technologies, including CO₂ laser systems, to modern fiber laser solutions. /li liAnalyze customer production requirements and recommend the most suitable technical configuration. /li liCollaborate with application engineers and after‑sales teams during demonstrations, quotations, installations, and follow‑up activities. /li liPrepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts in coordination with management. /li liParticipate in trade fairs, open houses, customer demonstrations, and industry events. /li liProvide regular sales forecasting and reporting to Italian management and international headquarters. /li liPotentially coordinate and develop the Italian sales department in the future. /li liComplete other related tasks assigned by supervisors. /li /ul h3Education Experience Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5–10 years of experience in the laser cutting or sheet metal machinery industry. /li liProven experience selling fiber laser cutting machines, tube laser systems, and industrial automation solutions. /li liStrong understanding of laser processing technologies and manufacturing workflows. /li liAbility to technically compare different machine architectures and technologies. /liliExisting network of customers, agents, and industry contacts in Northern Italy. /li liProven capability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles. /li liExperience operating within medium‑high market positioning is highly appreciated. /li liStrong negotiation and communication skills. /li liAvailability for frequent travel within Italy. /li /ul h3Skills Abilities /h3 ul liAbility to discuss productivity, cutting quality, automation benefits, operating costs, and process optimization. /li liFamiliarity with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. /li liGood understanding of industrial production environments and sheet metal applications. /li liFluent Italian and good professional English are mandatory. /li liAbility to interact with international headquarters and European subsidiaries in English. /li liSelf‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently. /li /ul pThis role represents an important strategic opportunity within a fast‑growing international industrial organization.
