Within the Sales Market USA area, we are seeking a Sales Account Project Manager. The person will be dedicated to developing new projects, focusing on both Operational Marketing and Sales Administration.
Activities:
1. Customize and develop new projects based on client requests, coordinating with internal services (R&D Laboratory, Color Development, Industrialization, Planning, Quality, Packaging) to adapt formulas, colors, technologies, packaging, and prices.
2. Manage commercial relationships with clients from project inception, receiving specific briefs and coordinating client visits.
3. Create formulas in agreement with technical services and communicate prices to clients after consulting with the supervisor.
4. Regularly monitor and update the Rolling Budget for new orders to contribute to the area's budget objectives.
5. Develop projects and ensure adherence to the agreed timetable.
6. Define commercial aspects with the client, formalize them, and include them in sales contracts.
7. Collaborate with clients and Quality to define the necessary documentation for each project.
8. Coordinate internal services for technical validation related to each project, participating in production start-ups during client visits.
9. Support foreign subsidiaries in understanding project details, especially when production is abroad.
10. Receive client orders (reorders) and enter them into the company's information system.
11. Maintain contact with clients for issues arising during production and post-sale, liaising with relevant internal services.
Requirements:
* Degree in economics, linguistics, or related fields.
* Excellent knowledge of English.
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and proactivity.
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
