Key job responsibilities
* Build and execute retention programs to reduce customer churn. Track performance and manage output efficiently.
* Build and execute GTM for key customer cohorts.
* Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.
* Present and lead conversations about business issues, solutions, and strategy to senior leaders.
* Research and conduct market analysis for Amazon customers.
* Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases.
* Work with product managers to define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation.
Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
* Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA.
