Manage the full product lifecycle—from development to obsolescence and aftermarket support.Drive NPI (New Product Introduction) development in collaboration with Project Managers through the ProLaunch process.Support and validate country-level sales strategies for NPIs, focusing on margin improvement and leveraging unique selling propositions. Train and develop internal stakeholders and external customers/partners.Conduct regular Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to identify market trends and enhance user experience. Monitor competitors and emerging technologies; stay current on new products, solutions, and services. Collaborate with certification bodies to anticipate and influence product standards. Provide support to the sales team for specific project requests. University degree required, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the lighting industry, ideally in the Emergency Lighting sector. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of product management, especially in Emergency Lighting. Experience managing Life Safety electrical products throughout their lifecycle. Expertise in optics is a plus. Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities. Analytical & Business Acumen: Ability to interpret complex data and make sound business decisions. Intercultural Awareness: Skilled in managing relationships across diverse cultures.
