We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping proposals, negotiating with customers, and ensuring deals deliver shareholder value.Compiling and submitting tender documentation as required.Handling standardized products with predefined options.Contributing to predefined contracts and working within established pricing frameworks.Managing targeted clients and supporting commercial engagement.Discussing sales approaches and strategy with your manager.Traveling within Europe for approximately 25% of your working time.Being an Ambassador of Manufacturing function supporting on Talent attraction and growth (Internship, academies, collaboration w/ Schools or Universities) and being active on customer-oriented initiatives (i.e. shop tours).QualificationsEngineering degree from an accredited university or college.Fluency in English and French.Desired CharacteristicsStrong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.Ability to work independently and manage priorities.Strong problem-solving skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
