Overview
The Marketing Team of Rome Business School is looking for a Marketing Analyst Intern to assist in the daily activities of data management and reporting. The person we are looking for has excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills to interact with different stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support the creation, maintenance, and ongoing management of business reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Administration departments
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal sources to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports
Develop and update dashboards, periodic reports, and performance KPIs to support business decision-making
Perform ad hoc business and market analyses to answer specific commercial, marketing, or operational questions
Analyze sales and marketing performance trends, identifying insights, opportunities, and potential risks
Support data management activities, including database organization, documentation, and data quality checks
Assist in the management, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM system (data updates, data integrity, user support)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into analytical outputs
Prepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings for internal stakeholders
Education: Degree in Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics
Tools: Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI
Strong analytical skills and passion for data and numbers
Proactivity and ability to work independently
Ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable recommendations
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to interact with different stakeholders (management, sales, academic)
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
