The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in coordinating on-site operations for the prestigious
MICO26 project, ensuring a working environment that meets client requirements while adhering to quality, safety, and contractual standards. They provide operational and administrative support, working closely with internal teams and service providers, and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient site operations.
Responsibilities
Site Management Support Assist the Site Manager in coordinating on-site services. Help monitor schedules, budgets, and daily operations. Ensure safety instructions are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained. Support the preparation of reports and performance tracking. Communication Act as a point of contact for internal teams and service providers. Participate in coordination meetings and draft meeting minutes. Relay important information to the Site Manager and stakeholders. Operational Control Assist in managing site handover and return procedures. Help secure equipment and installations on-site. Apply best practices in safety and sustainability. Quality and Sustainability Support the implementation of quality and sustainability initiatives. Raise awareness among stakeholders about best practices. Report any issues or malfunctions to the Site Manager.
