Be part of this vision and grow with us! /p h3Your Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liPromoting and actively selling masterbatch products to customers in the plastics industry /li liManaging customers’ technical and commercial needs while ensuring highest levels of service are maintained /li liPerforming regular customer visits and building long‑term strategic relationships /li liQuick and efficient submission and tracking of offers /li liDeveloping existing accounts to their optimum revenue potential /li liIdentifying new business opportunities, within existing customers, with the help of constant market observation /li liManagement of all customers’ needs and requests /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of Sales experience in the plastics industry /li liExperience in the masterbatch industry is strongly preferred /li liUniversity degree in Chemistry or Material Science is a plus /li liFluent in Italian and English; German is an asset /li liTeamplayer, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills /li liWillingness to extensively travel in Italy, open to occasional business trips abroad /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 ul liA permanent position in a family atmosphere within an expanding international group of companies as well as interesting and challenging tasks with short decision‑making paths /li liA competitive package with bonus and benefits is on offer for this position /li liFlexible working model /li liContinuous international training opportunities /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
