Partner with the best
The will assist the Product Leader in developing and executing the evolution pump product roadmap. Thisinvolvescollaboratingwith the R&D team to ensuretechnological consistency, engaging commercial teams to drive product adoption, and defining cost structuresfor pumps in New Energy markets.
As New Energy Solutions Product Manager you wll be responsible for :
1. Ensuring accountability for functional, business, and broader PVS objectives.
2. Engaging in discussions with various teams to enhance processes, procedures, and operationalmethods.
3. Driving synergy with the CTS organization bypromoting pumping solutions to shared customers, includingvisiting clientsand suppliers to explore new applications.
4. Ensuring flawless execution of R&D programs for enabling technologies,providing accurate and timely data collection to support technology roadmaps.
5. Following established frameworks to navigateprocesses,attending customer and operator meetings alongside the commercial team in New Technology environments (e.g., CO2, CPS, W-to-E, LAES) to detailproduct features and applications.
6. Partnering with customers in the CCUS and Energy Transitionspaces to optimize process solutions as part of integrated BH equipment proposals.
7. Focusing on business expansion toward future profitable applications like Cryogenic pumps and Liquid Air.Supporting partnership initiatives, defining cost and pricing levels for solutions in a DTI environment, and organizingand analyzing customer feedback to generate ideas for product refinement that enhance competitiveness.
8. Presenting insights to senior leaders onspecific technical matters and cross-functional contributionsthat align technologies with overall strategy,withstrict adherence to HSE standards.
9. Collaborating with R&D teams or contractors to design a pump configurator tool for sCO2 mixtures and updatingautomated tools to optimize cost estimation processes.
10. Expanding the portfolio by injecting new intellectual property(e.g., patents or licenses)or fostering collaborations and partnerships.
11. Developing robust team cadence andgrowth planswhile mentoring talent throughinitiativeslikeAcademyprograms, lab work, or other professional developments.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have :
12. Master's degree from an accredited university, at least 4-5 years of experience in Rotating Equipment Design or Management.
13. Have proven capability to operate in trans-disciplinary and cross-functional team while Projects or Programs are executed.
14. Have demonstrated competencies in systems engineering and technology innovation through analytical and continuous improvement skills in an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities.
15. Good experience within Product Management teams.
