Sole Chef Position
Seeking a Sole Chef for a 47‑metre private motor yacht currently in Italy.
* 47m Med‑based private yacht
* Seasonal position starting in April until the end of October
* Up to 6‑10 guests, 8 crew
* San Remo based, Mediterranean cruising
This position will suit a dynamic chef that can take direction and is easy‑going. The owners have a strong preference for fish and seafood, with meat requested on occasion. Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, everything freshly sourced.
Contract & Compensation
Contract: Seasonal
Salary: 8,000 EUR
Requirements
Experience: 1 Year +
Qualifications: STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2
