The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for the definition and management of the brand assigned (power tools and outdoor) in Italy, aligned with the product strategy defined from corporate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product portfolios, new product launch, definition of pricing and margins, and developing and executing the trade strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
For this reason, the Trade Marketing Specialist has to develop both product and marketing strategies developing product pricing and promotional activities to ensure the targets are met. He/she handles the launch of new products presentation to relevant stakeholders.
1. Product Management:
1. Manage the product lifecycle, from launch to promotional strategy definition.
2. Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to guide product positioning.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing to launch new products and product enhancements.
4. Define product pricing and positioning strategies based on market analysis and margin objectives.
5. Monitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements or portfolio adjustments.
6. Analyse pricing structures and profitability to optimize margins while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
2. Trade Marketing Strategy:
1. Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies to promote our products and drive sales in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis.
3. Create and execute trade marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive product adoption.
