As Assistant Store
Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance, developing the team and delivering the elevated customer experience that defines the LUCA FALONI brand. You will lead by example on the shop floor, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service, expertise and quality. You will also contribute to the smooth running of store operations, helping create an environment where both customers and team members can thrive.

Customer experience & client development Deliver exceptional personalised service, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with customers. Act as a brand ambassador, sharing expert product knowledge and craftsmanship stories that enhance the customer journey.
Support the team in achieving the highest standards of customer experience and client engagement. Ensure every customer interaction reflects the values and standards of the LUCA FALONI brand. Commercial performance Support the achievement of store sales targets and key performance indicators.
Monitor individual and team performance, identifying opportunities to improve results. Lead by example on the shop floor through strong selling behaviours and customer engagement. Contribute to the execution of commercial initiatives, campaigns and product launches.
Support the Store Manager in motivating, coaching and developing the store team. Provide day-to-day guidance and leadership, helping create a positive and high-performing environment. Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
Store operations Support the day-to-day management of store operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising, housekeeping and operational standards. Assist with stock management, inventory accuracy and loss prevention activities.
Store
Management support Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence. Contribute to the implementation of initiatives that enhance customer experience, team performance and operational effectiveness. Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor or similar retail leadership role.
Passion for luxury retail, menswear and exceptional customer service. Strong commercial awareness and a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to coach, motivate and support team members. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Exceptional customer experiences delivered consistently. Achievement of sales and performance objectives. Smooth and efficient store operations. Positive contribution to the growth and success of the Milan store.
