Inxpect radar products are used for safety and anti-collision applications covering a wide variety of industries.

Reporting to the Global Sales Director, your responsibilities are going to be:

• Supporting the Global Sales Director and the Executive Team in managing and growing the market in LATAM interfacing with both the distribution network and the Inxpect Sales Subsidiaries
• Growing sales through existing direct customer accounts while also developing new ones
• Becoming a sales and technical leader regarding machine safety for distributors and direct customers, providing commercial training as needed
• Manage Inxpect's participation to Trade Fairs in LATAM.

Requirements:

• At least three years experience as Sales Manager in industrial automation manufacturing companies or in industrial systems integration companies in LATAM
• B.Sc. or equivalent degree
• Comfortable working directly with customers and distributors
• Willingness to travel
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
• Team player
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Contract:

• Permanent contract
• Gross annual salary between 40K€ and 60K€. This wide range reflects the team's openness to both Junior and Senior positions, with salary and contractual arrangements commensurate with actual autonomy and experience in the role, as verified during the interview
• Variable bonuses upon achievement of objectives
• "Metalmeccanico industria" national contract
• Welfare as per national contract
