FB VISION SpA, leading ophthalmic pharmaceutical company both at domestic and international level, with large and innovative portfolio and R&D; pipeline, part of a Multinational pharmaceutical Group, is recruiting a smart and ambitious Product Manager to join and reinforce the current Marketing Team.
Responsibilities and Job Description
- Coordinate marketing projects across internal teams and external stakeholders (KOL, ecc...)
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Support several marketing activities, campaigns and congresses
- Analyze market trends and competitors
- Develop and implement brand communication
- Manage and enhance the company brand
- Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions
- Create content (newsletters, promotional materials, etc.)
- Manage company social media channels and monitor online engagement
- Track performance and field force support
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- + years of experience in Product Management and Marketing preferably in Ophthalmic Companies
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- English speaking
Workplace:in office, remote and on the field (hybrid activity).
