OverviewThe Marketing Team of Rome Business School is looking for a Marketing Analyst Intern to assist in the daily activities of data management and reporting. The person we are looking for has excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills to interact with different stakeholders.Responsibilities
Support the creation, maintenance, and ongoing management of business reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Administration departmentsCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal sources to ensure accuracy and consistency of reportsDevelop and update dashboards, periodic reports, and performance KPIs to support business decision-makingPerform ad hoc business and market analyses to answer specific commercial, marketing, or operational questionsAnalyze sales and marketing performance trends, identifying insights, opportunities, and potential risksSupport data management activities, including database organization, documentation, and data quality checksAssist in the management, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM system (data updates, data integrity, user support)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into analytical outputsPrepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings for internal stakeholdersEducation: Degree in Statistics, Economics, or MathematicsTools: Good knowledge of Excel and Power BIStrong analytical skills and passion for data and numbersProactivity and ability to work independentlyAbility to analyze data and transform insights into actionable recommendationsCollaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to interact with different stakeholders (management, sales, academic)Good communication skills and team-oriented mindsetAbility to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
