We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead our strategic collaboration with channels and operators and drive sustainable growth. What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies tailored to channels, based on company portfolio and market dynamics. Support business forecasting and contribute to the overall sales planning process. Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channels. Deeply understand client needs, co‑develop customized solutions, and drive joint business plans. Coordinate internal resources to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. Monitor sell‑in/sell‑out performance and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets. Track promotions, stock levels, and pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals. Regularly conduct sales performance reviews and provide actionable insights. Evaluate channel effectiveness and optimize promotional activities to maximize ROI. Identify growth opportunities and propose initiatives to improve channel penetration and share. Business Negotiation & Contract Management
Lead commercial negotiations and contract formulation in alignment with company policy. Ensure agreements reflect both business objectives and partnership principles. We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Brings15+ years of progressive professional experiencein sales, business development, or key account management, preferably within multinational or high‑growth organizations. Hasdeep expertise in the consumer electronics and/or retail industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, distribution models, and channel strategies. Possesses extensive hands‑on experience managing major Italian retail accounts, such as MediaWorld, Unieuro, Euronics, Trony, or Expert, with a proven ability to drive sustainable growth through long‑term strategic retail partnerships. Demonstrates a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, leading complex negotiations, and successfully executing joint business plans with Tier 1 retail partners. Exhibitsexceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at both executive and operational levels. Is fluent in Italian at a native or near‑native level, with strong proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
