Sales Manager
Building & Construction
Requirements:
proven experience in complex technical solutions to strengthen the Building & Construction business over all Italian territory (such as Offices, Hotels, Hi-Rise Buildings, Cultural Heritage, etc).
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of fire protection systems with proven sales leadership in complex B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the building/construction market in Italy.
* Identify, acquire, and manage new projects and customers in building construction.
* Work closely and establish strong relationships with design companies, MEP designers, firefighting consultants, end users, public authority, to define and promote compliant and efficient fire protection solutions.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from feasibility study and quotation to deal closure with all involved stakeholders.
Experience
* 7-10 years of work experience in business development & sales activities in active fire protection business
* Proven track record in selling Water Mist, sprinkler, or other active fire protection systems.
* Experience managing complex, consultative B2B sales processes with long decision cycles.
* Established relationships with all stakeholders involved in the sales process (design companies, firefighting consultants, MEP consultants, general contractors, end users, public authority, etc) in the Italian building construction market.
Skills and Attributes
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Strong in value and solution selling
* Problem-solving attitude
* Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Education
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical background) .
