Responsibilities
* Lift up to 45 lbs and perform duties that involve placing, inspecting, and receiving Food & Beverage deliveries.
* Prepare Purchase Orders and requisitions for materials, supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
* Participate in month-end inventories for food, beverage, and operating equipment as required.
* Must have a high level of multi-tasking and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and multiple ordering platforms.
* A strong foundation in Culinary and food production processes will benefit the applicant as well.
* Knowledge of Inventory, cost controls and Florida Health Department standards is a must.
* Effective Communication, Research and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
