As our Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the country, reporting to the Sales Director/Associate Sales Director and working in partnership to identify and seize new business opportunities, engaging with clients at a strategic level to showcase our unique value propositions. Your main responsibilities include:

Build Bridges: cultivate and nurture long‐lasting relationships with current, new, and potential clients while flexing organizational skills.Surrounded by Support: close deals with support from dedicated teams and training tools, maintaining responsibility and accountability.Pipeline Pioneer: identify and build a robust pipeline, exploring familiar territories and venturing into new markets.Brand Ambassador: represent CBRE, attend industry events, network, and showcase professionalism, raising our profile in the local market.

What You'll NeedA proven passion, behavior for success, and a drive to create a high‐energy sales culture that fosters excellence and growth with strong examples/experience.

Proven sales experience, a proactive approach to client management, closing deals, and creating an unforgettable client experience.Experience delivering presentations and adapting communication style to a wide mix of clients.Outstanding communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize clients and manage teams, responsiveness, working at pace, listening, and follow‐through.
