Junior – Cyber Transformation Management
We are seeking a junior to join the Cyber Transformation Management team at Deloitte Cyber in Milan/Rome, working in a hybrid mode.
The Cyber Strategy & Transformation team helps our financial services clients align with new DORA regulation requirements and perspectives, strengthen digital resilience capabilities across all levels of financial entities, transform traditional business continuity frameworks and strategies, and define new methodologies for executing advanced cybersecurity and resilience testing. Additionally, you will collaborate on developing dynamic risk assessment methodologies and models, analyze and mitigate potential cyber risks, and develop strategies to address them.
Your Role
The junior resource will be integrated into a work team, working alongside senior colleagues and responsible for:
* Managing resilience and BCM projects by identifying, evaluating, and designing innovative solutions to face the evolving threat landscape, demonstrating operational excellence, vision, and strategic thinking.
* Executing complex project activities requiring the definition of new approaches and methodologies in operational resilience and BCM for primary financial sector entities at national and international levels.
* Developing and implementing dynamic cyber risk management strategies aligned with the client's risk appetite, business goals, and regulatory standards.
* Evaluating potential cyber risks through activities such as risk identification, assessment, and analysis of security measures, policies, and controls, identifying weaknesses and areas for improvement, and defining recovery plans to minimize risks.
Winning Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or STEM subjects.
• Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, organizational autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to specialize in cybersecurity projects such as security monitoring, threat analysis, and incident management.
• Knowledge of English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad.
