We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing activity across Europe, with a primary focus on Italy and Spain.
This role is responsible for driving service demand, customer footfall, revenue growth, and brand awareness through a mix of B2C, B2B2C, and B2B marketing initiatives. You will lead data-driven marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives while enhancing the overall passenger and customer experience across multiple airport-related services.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional marketing and partnership strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement across all lines of business, including lounges, transit hotels, airport dining, meet & greet, concierge, and passenger services.
* Lead and manage the Italy & Spain marketing teams, ensuring effective execution of regional and global campaigns.
* Drive customer acquisition and engagement through targeted, data-driven campaigns and clear communication strategies.
* Utilise insights and ROI analysis to develop high-impact marketing programmes that maximise cross-business opportunities.
* Project manage campaigns end-to-end, coordinating with Operations, eCommerce, Brand, Loyalty, Sales, and Business Development teams.
* Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing and partnership decisions.
* Oversee content development and execution across all channels, including POS, websites, mobile apps, CRM platforms, and corporate sales.
* Work closely with design teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure strong visual impact and brand consistency.
* Develop and implement local partnership plans with regional stakeholders.
Support selected global marketing initiatives where required.
* Lead, coach, and guide local marketing teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
* Minimum 10 years marketing and partnership experience, ideally at a regional or global level.
* Background in aviation, travel, hospitality, or airport environments strongly preferred.
* Proven track record of delivering high-impact, ROI-driven marketing campaigns.
Education
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong commercial and revenue-focused mindset.
* Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
* Highly analytical, with strong data interpretation and reporting capability.
Confident communicator across all seniority levels and cultures.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel regularly across Italy and Spain.
