Reporting to EMEA Sales Leader based in Germany, the Sales Manager Auto Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) is accountable for managing and increasing our customers portfolio in European countries. Main responsibilities: Primarily focal point for our organization in front of the customer Develop and build relationships with internal and external customers, influencers, decision makers and sponsors through daily contacts Understand and proactively analyze customer’s product and service needs. Recognize, anticipate, and solve customer problems by working collaboratively. Use extensive knowledge of customers’ total needs and our product offerings to form account strategies and plans identify, assess and prioritize value growth and operational excellence initiatives which results in an increase of Trinseo market share. Define annual, value-creating goals consistent with business and account strategy.
