Salary: EUR 40,000 – 55,000 per annum. /p pThis Operations Visual Manager is a critical member of the store leadership team, accountable for bringing ALO’s operational and visual strategy to life in the store. The role focuses on inventory management, labor planning and scheduling, visual execution, and ensuring the store is always customer‑ready. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Operations Visual Leader /h3 ul liOversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes /li liInvestigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to address process or system gaps /li liChampion strong visual standards for the sales floor using business performance data /li liSupport sell‑through management by ensuring inventory counts accuracy and coordinating labor hours to receive product deliveries efficiently /li liSupport a safe work environment and efficient operation /li /ul h3Business Leader /h3 ul liRepresent the business in meetings and conference calls in partnership with the General Manager /li liReview, monitor and partner with the General Manager to manage the budget and other business data (e.g., expenses, sell‑through) /li liInform planning processes such as quarterly business reviews and sales planning /li liEnsure the Operations Visual team reflects ALO’s mission and guiding principles, communicating our values to visitors /li liLead the team through accountability and continuous coaching, talent development, and effective communication /li liEstablish internal and external recruitment pipeline through succession planning and strategy /li liWrite effective schedules that prioritize the best business strategy in partnership with the General Manager /li /ul h3Business Partner /h3 ul liOversee delivery of the ALO Sales and Service Model, protecting operational efficiency /li liCollaborate and implement the General/Store Manager’s vision, working cross‑functionally with business partners to support organizational goals /li liDemonstrate ability to navigate the organization balancing business needs and brand culture /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul li3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience /li liWorking knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) /li liExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written /li liAgile and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment /li liHighly motivated to drive business in a fast‑paced, innovative environment /li liBusiness‑owner mindset with entrepreneurial spirit /li liIndependent work ethic, strong time‑management skills, and personal accountability /li liAlignment with and embodiment of ALO’s guiding principles /li liSenior level: Mid‑Senior /li liProof of right to live and work in country from start of employment /li /ul h3Schedule /h3 pThe role is full‑time, 40 hours per week over five days.
