Role and Responsibilities

* Develop and manage sales of MX products through targeted portfolio of Retail customers
* Build and develop solid sales relationship with existing customers, at national level, to achieve agreed sales and M/S targets
* Design and propose sales campaigns and define the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel, providing follow up and feedback related to any sales lead
* Close deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory
* Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation
* Constantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts
* Engage closely with Division’s Product and Trade Marketing / Operations, and execute marketing and promotional plans to ensure highest levels of service for named customers


Qualifications / Requirements

* Educational background: Bachelor or Major – preferably in Economics
* Professional background: 5‑7 years’ experience in Retail Sales
* Computer knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools
* Language knowledge: Very good written and spoken English
* The ideal candidate is a target‑oriented, dynamic and well‑organized person with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to plan efficiently and to manage multiple projects are fundamental for the vacant position
