For an entertainment company we are looking for a Media and Strategic Marketing Manager. This position sits at the intersection of media strategy, digital innovation and creative thinking, with responsibility for both digital-first initiatives and traditional media activities. The ideal candidate brings a strong media background with a creative mindset, is comfortable managing budgets, and can operate with high autonomy while ensuring full alignment with global HQ guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Conduct market, consumer and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
* Define and execute integrated marketing and media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
* Continuously review and optimize strategies based on market feedback, performance data and analytics.
* Plan, manage and control the marketing and media budget, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal ROI.
* Develop strategic media plans in collaboration with media agencies to support business, marketing and sell-out targets.
* Analyze the media landscape to design innovative, integrated and high-performing marketing and media initiatives.
* Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive growth in traffic, leads and sales.
* Analyze campaign performance and business results to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
* Monitor Media, Marketing and Business KPIs and prepare performance reports and insights for senior management.
* Manage and optimize social media and influencer marketing activities across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
* Build, maintain and negotiate relationships with influencers, agencies and external partners.
* Utilize social listening and analytics tools to track performance, consumer sentiment and emerging trends.
* Apply strong knowledge of digital marketing and consumer behavior to guide strategy and execution.
* Operate effectively in an international environment.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 8 years of experience in media roles, ideally gained within advertising or media agencies. Strong exposure to digital media, with solid knowledge of traditional media.
* Experience managing budgets and complex, multi-channel campaigns.
* Previous work in international or matrix organizations is a plus.
* Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English
* Strong strategic mindset with a creative sensibility.
* High level of autonomy, ownership and accountability.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
