We are looking for an International Buyer junior to join the HQ Procurement Department of a leading European company operating in the mobility and financial services industry.
The role reports directly to the Group Procurement Manager and plays a key part in supporting procurement activities across multiple countries.
Main Responsibilities
* Support local procurement teams in implementing purchasing strategies and developing competitive local tenders.
* Monitor supplier performance and coordinate periodic business review meetings with key service providers.
* Assist the Procurement Manager in steering the Global Sourcing Table and driving alignment across countries.
* Lead the organization and execution of selected pan-European tenders, ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and compliance.
* Identify and assess new suppliers to enrich future bid panels and strengthen the supplier base.
* Track, analyze, and report KPIs throughout the sourcing process to support data‑driven decisions.
Skills & Requirements
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, KPIs, and supplier performance.
* Knowledge of ICT topics—such as IT professional services or software licensing—is a plus but not mandatory.
* Problem‑solving mindset, adaptability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
* 2 years of experience as a Buyer or in Procurement.
* Location: Turin.
