We are looking for a hard-working and energized Associate Account Manager who would like to help us connect more children and adults to one of the world's most loved brands.
If you would love to work within a collaborative, future thinking team where you’re responsible for supporting important customer relationships and strategies, then this is the role for you!
Core Responsibilities
- Own the business information process, with a focus on Sales Reporting and Channel/Customer Flowcasting, and after-action reviews.
- Drive the Sales team efforts when it comes to main and recurrent sales processes.
- Drive and facilitate communication between Sales and other teams, such as Customer Development, Marketing, Operations, Ecommerce, Business Intelligence.
- Support the Channels Director in the preparation for Strategic meetings, both internal and external.
- Support the Key Account Managers in the negotiation for listings and trade activation activities.
- Support the Key Account Managers on Customer Business Planning and Review meetings.

The person we’re looking for will play a key role in supporting the team along this journey.
Do you have what it takes?
- Master degree in Management Engineering, Economics or Business Administration.
- Proficient in Italian and English - both spoken and written
- 3-5 year of work in modern organization with a clear Digital transformation agenda and a data driven decision making process.
- Excellent MS Office skills - especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strategic and analytical thinking: understanding of the current challenges in own area and identify opportunities for immediate improvement.
- Digital first mindset: approach any new opportunity, or problem, with the assumption that the solution should be as digital as possible.
- Results Orientation and problem solving attitude: energized by overcoming tough challenges and deliver excellence thanks to a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Collaboration and relation skills: shows flexibility to work in groups or in close networks and uses resources available from others by asking questions, test assumptions and openly discusses issues. Demonstrate an open communication style.
- Passion for Sales domain
- Curiosity and lateral thinking: genuinely interested in learning continuously and look for new ways to do things, challenging the status quo when relevant and beneficial.
