For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for a Product Manager who will support business results by overseeing all steps in the product life cycle including development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The focus will be on high voltage switchgears (GIS & PASS).
Responsibilities:
Manage new products/system/service launch and life cycle from phase-in to phase-out. Coordinate and supervises the product road map. Define and oversees recovery plans as necessary;
Responsible for the profitability and life cycle of one product/system/service line/group by defining;
Oversee inventory levels and sales volumes on a regular basis to ensure ability to fulfil customer orders. Track and analyze product/system/service performance and trends in terms of volume and profitability;
Coordinate analysis to evaluate market and contribute to marketing plan development;
Ensure technical and commercial support to Sales force for critical or special negotiations;
Work with Research & Development (R&D) to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products/system/service and variants;
Collaborate with internal Marketing and Sales teams to define the marketing plan, including marketing communication activities, training activities and sales initiatives;
Ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies;

Your background:
Bachelor's degree in Electric, Mechanical or Electromechanical field;
At least 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
Available to travel worldwide;
Good knowledge of English and Italian.
